Seasons of Squash

Growing pumpkins and squash in school garden was fun. I missed the beginning of the school year in August when the students ‘experimented’ with the resulting pumpkins–but hope to be there in the coming weeks to help them figure out how to cook up some of the Golden Nugget squash that are now ready to eat. By all accounts, they’ve really enjoyed watching them grow. -May- -July--October- -Golden Nugget-
